DETECTION OF NON-METALLIC PIPES

MTA PIPE LOCATOR allows the location of non-metallic pressure pipes in meshed networks (AC, PE, PVC …) including T-pieces and 90° bends.

MTA PIPE LOCATOROR floats with the fluid through the pipeline system and is located from aboveground by means of a customary detection device. Launch and removal are possible via hydrants, tees or tapping sleeves. At a flow rate of 0.5 m/s, pipe sections can be located up to 15km length in one operation.

ACCESSORIES

Parachute systems to support the advancement of the MTA PIPE-LOCATOR are used in pipes larger than DN 150mm.
