LEVEL AND PRESSURE MEASUREMENT
Probes and transmitters used for measuring level and pressure of liquid and gas media.
They are featured by a simple application,
ruggedness, long lifetime, high precision and good time stability.
According to the assembly they are divided into immersion probes and “dry-assembly” transmitters.

Compact and robust transmitters used to measure level or pressure of aggressive and corrosive liquids and gases, in applications where value review is not necessary. The housing is made of stainless steel. The PPI 110 transmitter has a small measurement error (<0.2%) – used for precision measurements, the PPI 130 transmitter has a higher measurement error (up to 0.5%).

SMN 201, SMN 211 or SMP 201, SMP 211 Microprocessor level and pressure transmitters are characterized by great precision measurements, programmable measuring range, low consumption of el. current (current loop powered – two wire connection) and simple handling. The transmitters with LED display (SMP 201 and SMN 201) allow excellent visibility in dark spaces and shafts. The transmitters with LCD display (SMP 211, SMN 211) offer two more output limit pairs.

This transmitter converts the difference of two pressures of aggressive and corrosive liquids or gases into a current loop. The pressure connectors are made of stainless steel, the electronics with an LCD screen are held inside an ABS housing.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
Resistance thermometers perceive the temperature of gases and liquids. Depending on the method of installation and housing we offer different temperature sensors: spatial, atmospheric, immersion, channel…
Temperature transmitters additionally contain electronics which have an output current loop and some also temperature review on a LED or LCD display.

External or spatial measurements of temperature in systems of heating or cooling
The transmitter is characterized by great accuracy of temperature measurements. It consists of a sensor PT 100, which is dislocated inside a stainless steel cone, and ABS housing that contains precision electronics.

CONDUCTIVITY MEASUREMENT
Conductivity meters are used for monitoring water resources, lakes or rivers, quality control in hot water systems (soft water)… According to the method of installation they can be of an immersion or “dry-fitting” construction.

MEASURING TRANSMITTERS
Measuring transmitters convert electrical and non-electrical quantities (e.g. temperature – input are temperature sensors or different current and voltage signals) into standard voltage and current signals. We distinguish them either by their housing (independent housing or built in housing, e.g. mounting inside the temperature sensor head) or their concept (with galvanic isolation of input/output/power or without galvanic isolation).
Measuring transmitters of the MPx 3xx family are installed on a DIN rail in the el. cabinet. The electronics are constructed inside a 22mm wide ABS housing.
Input: temperature sensor PT 100 (three wire ), DC voltage or DC current. Output: DC voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V, power 24VDC).

DATA LOGGERS
The GSR and PSR data logger families measure and register different quantities such as pressure, level, flow, temperature… Power supply is adapted to the application site. It can be grid, battery or solar powered. According to their construction we distinguish compact loggers and loggers with dislocated electronics. Data transfer may be local, networked or wireless.
The GSR 120 data logger family consists of two devices:
They are characterized by a compact stainless steel immersion housing, battery or external power supply, communication connection RS 485 and the possibility of connecting a GSM modem for wireless data transmission.

The GSR 130 logger family ist similar to GSR 120, but the GSR 130 logger measures and registers absolute level (pressure) and therefore needs no vented connection cable. The Data logger GSR 130 NT measures and registers level (pressure) and temperature, the GSR 130 NTG measures and registers level, temperature and also conductivity of the media (water).
The data logger is descended with an ordinary cable-rope at a suitable place in a well and fixed at the top. The data logger has to be taken out of the water for data transmission.

ACCESSORIES
Universal microprocessor controllers used for measurements and control of electrical and non-electrical quantities. LED display shows the measured quantity (temperature, level, pressure …) and in settings mode also all switching levels (limit pairs). The measuring range and switching levels (switch-on and switch-off ) are programmable.

Overvoltage protection circuits protect current loops or communication lines from an excess voltage caused by atmospheric surges, magnetic induction etc. They can be mounted on a standard rail in the el. cabinet (PZV 30 ) or on the wall (PZV 310).

The signal board panel displays the most important information on developments inside the drive, with LED diodes in different colors.

The relay cards have 1 relay (ORE 300-1) or 4 relays (ORE 300-4). They are used for galvanic isolation of grid voltage 230VAC and control voltage.
In the function of pressure, level or temperature switches or independently
